Leaving a bequest is a substantial and lasting way of contributing to the future of the Stella Prize. Your bequest, however big or small, could make a huge difference to Stella’s goals of celebrating and promoting Australian women’s writing, empowering and educating young people through the literary arts, and encouraging future generations of Australian women writers.
Including a bequest to the Stella Prize in your Will is a simple task. When you make a Will, or update your existing one, ask your solicitor to include a bequest to the Stella Prize. There are a number of ways you can do this and we suggest you discuss your options with your solicitor and your family to see which one is right for you.
To learn more about the Stella Prize, or to discuss your personal bequest plans, contact Stella Executive Director Aviva Tuffield at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Bequest Pack has more information about how to make a bequest to the Stella Prize and the impact your legacy could have on the future of Australian literature.
For your convenience, The Stella Prize offers a Codicil Form to assist in adding a bequest to your existing will.
